These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Troller Cat ($TCAT) presale and your use of associated services. By participating in the presale or engaging with our platform, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should refrain from participating.

1. General Overview
Troller Cat ($TCAT) is a community-driven ERC-20 meme coin designed for engagement,
Play-to-Earn gaming, and ecosystem growth.
These Terms govern your participation in the presale and any use of associated services.
By purchasing $TCAT, you confirm that you understand the risks associated with
cryptocurrencies and that you comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be
communicated through our official channels.
2. Presale Participation
The presale consists of 26 stages, each reflecting a historical trolling moment.
The presale will conclude when all 26 stages are completed.
Participants must use a non-custodial wallet (e.g., MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Coinbase
Wallet, or Phantom Wallet) to receive their coins.
All purchases are final—no refunds or cancellations are permitted.
All $TCAT purchased during the presale will be claimable immediately after listing on
UniSwap.
3. No Refunds & Coin Allocation Responsibility
Once a purchase has been made, it is final and non-refundable.
We do not have control over coin allocations once coins have been assigned to a wallet
after purchase.
We cannot modify, cancel, or reallocate coins once they have been assigned. Users are
responsible for ensuring they connect the correct wallet address during the purchase
process.
Refund requests, reversals, or modifications will not be accepted under any
circumstances.
4. Contributions & Payments
We accept the following cryptocurrencies for payment: ETH, USDT/USDC on ETH, Base, SOL,
POL & BSC, BNB, BSC, BUSD, Solana, BTC, TRX, USDT-TRC20, SHIB, PEPE, Polygon, DOGE, TON,
BCH, LTC, ETC, ADA, XRP, MANA, DOT, XLM, DASH, FLOKI, KAS. We reserve the right to
modify or update the accepted payment methods at our sole discretion without prior
notice.
A unique deposit address & QR code will be generated based on the selected payment
method.
Sending funds to the wrong address is irreversible. Troller Cat is not responsible for
lost funds due to incorrect transactions.
Users must cover any required network fees (gas fees).
5. Referral System Terms
To unlock a unique referral code, a user must first purchase at least $25 worth of
$TCAT.
Buyers using a referral code when purchasing $25 or more will receive 10% extra $TCAT.
The referrer earns 10% of the referred user's purchase amount, credited to their wallet
automatically.
Referral codes are case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as provided.
Once a referral code is applied to a wallet, it cannot be changed.
The referral system is fully automated—if a referral bonus is not received, it means the
code was not applied correctly before purchase. We cannot manually adjust referral
allocations.
6. Coin Distribution & Utility
$TCAT will be claimable immediately after listing on UniSwap.
Staking rewards will be locked for 2 months post-launch before they can be claimed.

7. User Wallet Responsibility & Security
Users are solely responsible for securing their wallets.
If a user’s wallet is compromised due to sharing seed phrases, private keys, or falling
for scams, there is nothing we can do.
Coins cannot be cancelled or reallocated to a new wallet under any circumstances for
security reasons and to prevent manipulation. We also do not have the ability to change
wallet addresses once coins have been allocated to a wallet address.
Troller Cat is not liable for any loss of funds due to compromised wallets.
8. Risks & Disclaimers
Cryptocurrency investments are volatile and subject to market risks.
Troller Cat makes no guarantees regarding price appreciation, liquidity, or exchange
listings.
Troller Cat is not responsible for personal losses due to user errors, hacks, or market
downturns.
9. Coin Usage & Limitations
Purchasing $TCAT does not grant ownership, equity, voting rights, or financial stake in
the Troller Cat project.
Presale buyers are not investors and do not have any rights typically afforded to
investors in traditional financial markets.
Troller Cat is not required to provide financial reports, audits, or disclosures to coin
holders.
The team has full discretion over project development and strategic decisions.
Holding $TCAT does not entitle users to financial returns, dividends, or profit-
sharing.
10. Amendments & Termination
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated through official
channels.
Continued participation after modifications means you accept the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the jurisdiction in
which you reside. By participating in the Troller Cat presale, you acknowledge and agree
to comply with all relevant legal requirements in your location.
Any disputes must first be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, they will be
handled in the appropriate legal courts.
